  Loving my new to me car! It was a pleasure shopping at United Auto Group, they helped make the car buying process a breeze. I would definitely shop through them again.

  My experience shopping and purchasing here was a very socially pleasant experience from start to finish. The owner was very friendly and patient with me throughout the purchasing process. However, he concealed very serious damage to the vehicle's transmission that he was either fully aware of or mislead about by a recent mechanic. The owner replaced the vehicle's clutch about a month before the purchase which would've made the mechanics fully aware of the problem. Whether or not they shared that info with the dealer, who's to say. Of course, as a buyer it is my job to do my due diligence before purchasing. That doesn't excuse dishonesty though, and given the level of courteous and kind service I was met with, I am extremely disappointed with how things have played out. Had he disclosed the damage to the transmission, I likely still would've bought the car(but factored the cost to replace the transmission into the agreed sale price) based on the rest of my experience with him.

  Honest, reasonable, super low-key -- the opposite of the negative stereotype of a used-car dealership. In January 2025 my husband and I bought a 2016 Honda CR-V from UAG. (It's now more than a month later and we are delighted with it!) We'd been looking for a while so had a good idea of the price range and condition we wanted. We test-drove this car and let Han know we were interested. He asked us if we'd like to take it to our own mechanic. He also offered to hold the car for us for a few days if we'd like to think about it. He assured us there was no reason to make a quick decision. (Can you believe that?) Han is respectful, friendly and gracious, and he did indeed offer us coffee and a delicious baklava pastry, too! We had an interesting conversation about the used-car market in Western Washington. Han is the complete opposite of rushed and pushy -- he treated us so respectfully and genuinely, as though he had all the time in the world. We will most certainly return to UAG the next time we're in the market for a used car. Thank you Han and UAG!
