  UPDATE AFTER 3 MONTHS: Very bad after sales customer service. I called them 7 times or more to get my registered metal plates. Im driving around in expired plates now after 3 months paper plate. they haven’t sent me the metal plates despite calling them so many times. Every time they say they are gonna help out and it’s been more than 2 months hearing the same bullshit. I even said i will pay for the plates. No response. Not even a phone call. OLD REVIEW: I recently purchased a 2023 prius and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The team went above and beyond to help me secure financing that worked for my budget. Their communication was clear, honest, and consistent throughout the entire process — I always felt informed and supported. What really stood out was the level of care both before and after the sale. They gave me all the time I needed to explore the car, answered every question without pressure, and even offered an extensive test drive to make sure I was confident in my decision. Even after I drove off the lot, they continued to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly. That kind of follow-up and personal touch is rare these days. And I’m so glad I follow his advice and contacted this dealership cause derreck who is the owner was so attentive, provided a quick response all the time of the process of finding my car, and made sure to show me some options and even find the right car that could accommodate with my budget. He delivered the car to my house (ps: he detailed the car, and change new break pads ) and let me test drive it before signing everything which I find very helpful cause I’m busy working and this helped in saving time and to explore the car better. I bought the car.. a Toyota Camry 2024!!! Overall, my experience was great and beyond with IE Auto sales. I would definitely recommend it if you are trying to have a smooth and satisfied experience in buying yourself a car cause they definitely care about their customers.

He helped me get to the numbers I wanted—on the interest rate and monthly payment—without any upselling or hidden fees. Everything was straight up and transparent, which is rare to find these days. I actually drove three hours from San Diego to check out a Dodge Durango SRT they had, and it was priced fairly compared to other dealerships. The trip was well worth it. Derek and his team made sure I felt comfortable with the deal, and the process was hassle-free from start to finish.
