I would strongly advise people to be very cautious when doing business with this dealership. I purchased a **Tesla Model 3 from them for nearly $16,000 in cash as a special purchase for my Sweet Sixteen. Unfortunately, the car completely broke down after only two weeks. After taking the vehicle to Tesla, I was told that both the high-voltage battery and the low-voltage battery were failing. The repair cost they quoted me was $9,630.05. When I brought this information back to the dealership, they initially offered only $600 and later increased it to $1,500, which does not come close to addressing a repair of this size. The customer service and support I received during this situation were extremely disappointing. A car breaking down this quickly after purchase should raise serious concerns. Because of this experience, I personally would not recommend doing business with this dealership. Please be very cautious when purchasing a vehicle from here.
I had a great experience at Direct Auto in Orlando, Florida with my new 2018 Porsche Macan. The sales representative Jay was extremely nice, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. The finance manager, Jose Ariana, was also amazing and made everything easy and stress-free for me Everyone treated me with respect, and the experience was truly pleasant from start to finish.
