  • I would strongly advise people to be very cautious when doing business with this dealership. I purchased a **Tesla Model 3 from them for nearly $16,000 in cash as a special purchase for my Sweet Sixteen. Unfortunately, the car completely broke down after only two weeks. After taking the vehicle to Tesla, I was told that both the high-voltage battery and the low-voltage battery were failing. The repair cost they quoted me was $9,630.05. When I brought this information back to the dealership, they initially offered only $600 and later increased it to $1,500, which does not come close to addressing a repair of this size. The customer service and support I received during this situation were extremely disappointing. A car breaking down this quickly after purchase should raise serious concerns. Because of this experience, I personally would not recommend doing business with this dealership. Please be very cautious when purchasing a vehicle from here.
