I would strongly advise people to be very cautious when doing business with this dealership. I purchased a **Tesla Model 3 from them for nearly $16,000 in cash as a special purchase for my Sweet Sixteen. Unfortunately, the car completely broke down after only two weeks. After taking the vehicle to Tesla, I was told that both the high-voltage battery and the low-voltage battery were failing. The repair cost they quoted me was $9,630.05. When I brought this information back to the dealership, they initially offered only $600 and later increased it to $1,500, which does not come close to addressing a repair of this size. The customer service and support I received during this situation were extremely disappointing. A car breaking down this quickly after purchase should raise serious concerns. Because of this experience, I personally would not recommend doing business with this dealership. Please be very cautious when purchasing a vehicle from here.
this has to have been one of the best experiences purchasing a vehicle through direct auto sales in Orlando. Bought a 2015 Nissan 370z through Brandon who made the process so easy, no pressure, hands down best car specialist ive ever worked with, super knowledgeable, extremely professional and a craft to his work, thanks Brandon you’re the goat bro!
I came to Direct Auto and had a great experience. The customer service was excellent, and Ray was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure all of my paperwork was handled correctly and kept me informed about every transaction. My car looks great, and I truly appreciate the outstanding service. I highly recommend Direct Auto and Ray to anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free experience.
