  I want to share this because good service deserves to be recognized. We purchased a vehicle from this dealership and shortly after, an engine issue came up related to a repair that had been done. Situations like that are exactly what car buyers worry about, and I honestly wasn’t sure how it was going to go. To their credit, the dealership completely stood behind the vehicle. They took responsibility for the situation and replaced the engine at no cost to us. They did not argue, deflect, or look for loopholes — they simply chose to do the right thing and take care of the customer. Throughout the entire process they communicated clearly, treated us with respect, and never made us feel like we were a problem. That level of accountability and integrity is rare, especially in a purchase this significant. Because of how they handled a difficult situation, I trust this dealership far more than if everything had gone perfectly. I would confidently recommend them to friends and family.
