I Purchased (Gracie) Honda passport 2019 back in October 2025. Dan Guay made the experience 100/100 I test drove 2 cars and ended up choosing the Honda! No complaints! love my car & the customer service was amazing I didn’t feel pressured to buy a car but instead was helped finding the car that was perfect for me! This car dealership was recommended to me by family & I will recommend it to everyone.
I bought a ct200h on April 6th 2026 I expected I would have major repairs a year down the line but not three weeks from the date of purchase. I work for the state, and just wanted something reliable . Three weeks in the hybrid battery just yesterday gave up on me. I am again without a car after I explained to them my situation that an uninsured motorist hit my car leaving me without nothing. I thought I found something decent and expected them to do their due diligence and sell me a competent car I am extremely disappointed and looking into measures of what can be done. All my messages ignored. Please be aware.
I recently purchased a 2018 Cadillac CT6 from In and Out Auto Sales and unfortunately my experience during and after the sale has been disappointing. At the time of purchase, I was told by the salesperson, Dan, that the only issue with the vehicle was the backup camera. During my test drive, I discovered the radio was not working and immediately brought it to their attention. I was told the radio had been working previously and that the issue occurred when their mechanic attempted to install or repair the backup camera. Although I requested that the radio be fixed at the least I was offered $500 off the vehicle instead. After purchasing the car, I had it diagnosed by Cadillac, where it was determined that the HMI module is blown and needs replacement at a cost of $1,761.70. When I reached back out to the dealership for assistance — since the issue reportedly began after their mechanic worked on the vehicle — I was told by Hayden to search eBay for a cheaper part and then take it to mom and pop dealership to install it and then take it to Cadillac to have it reprogrammed. The dealership declined to assist with the repair cost even though their mechanic is the reason the radio is no longer working. I understand vehicles can be sold “As Is,” but when a problem arises DIRECTLY AFTER DEALERSHIP REPAIR WORK and is ACKNOWLEDGED as such BEFORE purchase, I believe some level of accountability from the dealership should follow. I’m not writing this to escalate anything at this point because Hayden has made it very clear that I purchased a used car with over 40,000 parts and that anything can go wrong at any time — but to share my honest experience so other buyers can beware of the practices set forth by In and Out Auto Sales.
