  JD Tires earned a lifetime client! I was referred to JD Tires by a friend, and after my first visit, I see exactly why they are his go-to shop. I initially brought my vehicle in for new rear tires and an alignment. As someone with a heavily modified car, I’m always cautious about who I let work on it, but the owner, JD, made me feel comfortable from the start. He was incredibly thorough in answering my questions and responsive to every follow-up. The real test, however, was when my car unexpectedly had battery and starter issues right as I was parking the car. The team—Nef (the shop manager), David, and Jose—went well above and beyond to get everything sorted out for me. They didn't have to go the extra mile, but they did, and that kind of service is rare to find. It is clear that this entire shop genuinely cares about their customers and values their work.   I had a great experience at JD Tires. All of the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and they made the whole process easy. Even though they had a busy workload, my wait time was surprisingly short. I’ll definitely be coming back again for future tire needs.
