  Austin auto sales was a great place for me to buy my FIRST vehicle, i’ve been talking to Blake on the phone for a week about multiple diesels i was considering and he made the process very easy and non stress. Blake just started working there and his coworker Cohen was helping through the way also super chill dude. I drove 3 hours and showed up past closing time as i was talking to blake about it throughout the week stayed way past close and left genuinely happy and knowing i got a steal and they got there share. ALSO thanks to the finance guy Anthony and we worked out a outstanding interest rate and had a good lesson about first buyers and interest he knows some real scholarship knowledge.

  Best car dealer experience I've had. Cohen and the finance guy (i think his name was Anthony) were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Had an entire finance knowledge lesson during the purchase. Would absolutely come back again. They also work with credit unions and will give you a extremely fair deal.

  I can’t give Austin’s Auto Sales anything less than a 10/10. This was my first major vehicle purchase, and because I’m currently rebuilding my credit, I was incredibly stressed out and genuinely wasn't sure if I would even qualify for an approval. My situation was urgent. I was driving an old 2002 Civic sedan with broken AC, a failing heater, and it just wasn't cutting it in the PNW anymore. After getting stuck in the snow and freezing in the winter, my old car was literally preventing me from living my life and going places. I desperately needed a reliable AWD vehicle for this region. Big shoutout to Sam and the rest of the coworker crew there too! They didn’t treat me like a credit score; they treated me like a person. Thanks to them, I drove away in a beautiful AWD Subaru WRX.
