  I would not purchase again from Lows auto sales. They did not inspect the used vehicle I purchased. Heater did not work by my discovery prior purchase so I had them fix heater but he Paul would not tell me what his mechanic had done to fix it. New thermostat? They filled radiator with water and said nothing. Bald, cracked tires, heating system needed burped causing air condition Compressor clutch to fail. Have friend purchase from them as well, vehicle engine failed to the degree they had to junk car due to fixing cost more than car was worth. I rest my case.

  Big fan. I recently bought a used Jeep from Low. Eddie made the sale smooth and soon enough I was out the door with what I'd wanted. Sadly, the jeep developed transmission issues before I got home. I contacted Eddie that day and he quickly brought the issue up with the business owner, Justin. Justin brought the Jeep back twice to work on the issue. Each time I was able to bring her in without problems, and Justin provided me a loaner car while the Jeep was in the shop. It took chasing a few parts around to finally squash the issue by replacing the transmission, which Justin did at no cost to me. All told, I would certainly purchase another vehicle here if I needed one. Even with the vehicle having a serious issue, the communication and customer was excellent. They worked to make my sale right and let me know exactly what was happening at every instance.

  The Subaru Outback we purchased through Low Auto Sales didn’t even make it to its first oil change. First the catalytic converter went and now I’m broken down on I5 waiting for a tow truck. Feel scammed. I’ll be calling the owner when he’s in on Tuesday.
