  Big fan. I recently bought a used Jeep from Low. Eddie made the sale smooth and soon enough I was out the door with what I'd wanted. Sadly, the jeep developed transmission issues before I got home. I contacted Eddie that day and he quickly brought the issue up with the business owner, Justin. Justin brought the Jeep back twice to work on the issue. Each time I was able to bring her in without problems, and Justin provided me a loaner car while the Jeep was in the shop. It took chasing a few parts around to finally squash the issue by replacing the transmission, which Justin did at no cost to me. All told, I would certainly purchase another vehicle here if I needed one. Even with the vehicle having a serious issue, the communication and customer was excellent. They worked to make my sale right and let me know exactly what was happening at every instance.

  The Subaru Outback we purchased through Low Auto Sales didn’t even make it to its first oil change. First the catalytic converter went and now I’m broken down on I5 waiting for a tow truck. Feel scammed. I’ll be calling the owner when he’s in on Tuesday.

  The guys at Low Auto Sales are fantastic. They have a wide range of vehicles and prices. I didn't want to afford a new or three year old vehicle so Justin kept a look out for exactly what I was looking for in an older used car. If you have the time stop by they are a great group of guys.
