  So far, I've had a positive experience with National Car & Auto. One thing that really stood out was that they offered to pick me up so I could come see the vehicle. As someone who was spending money on Ubers to look at cars, that was a huge help. Taking the bus isn't always practical when you're trying to meet sellers because schedules and availability can change unexpectedly. The staff is family and has been so friendly and helpful throughout the process. After purchasing the vehicle, one of the windows got stuck, and they're currently working with their in-house mechanic to address the issue. I appreciate that they're taking the concern seriously and making an effort to help. They even bought me a burrito while I was waiting, which was a thoughtful gesture and made the experience feel more personal. Buying a used car can be stressful, but so far the team has been accommodating and easy to work with. I appreciate the customer service and the extra effort they've made to help me through the process. Definitely would suggest them!!!

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR LOT do not purchase from these people They may seem nice at first but their vehicles are not fixed to a point where it's worth financing or purchasing. I tried multiple cars from this lot and everyone had to be fixed by a mechanic with one being in a very dangerous condition. After trying many different cars and getting different things replaced myself or them replacing things I finally asked for my money back or at least a portion of it back and they refused. If you buy anything from here keep your receipts for anything you replace for Nevada is a lemon law state TERRIBLE PLACE

  Excellent customer service. Santos and his team are the best. I recently moved to Las Vegas from Atlanta and santos was available for all my questions about the car process. He allowed me and my fiancé to test drive the car which was very dependable car. Thank you santos and national team for helping us purchase our first car .
