  If you’re buying a car from here, I would be really careful. I went to go check out a 2017 BMW X1 Which had a bunch of issues. I took it for a test drive the car Wouldn’t drive straight it will lean towards the right once I was done with the test drive. I opened the hood. The coolant reservoir was completely empty which I told the salesman and he replied. Oh, they might’ve forgot to refill it which no car should not have coolant if you did 120 point inspection. Which was instantly a red flag then I told him why does a car lean to the right? He said it might need an alignment. Once I inspected the passenger fender. I noticed parts were matching. I asked him was his car involved In an accident, his answer was I don’t know. I told him that makes sense why the car leans to the right? It won’t keep straight. He didn’t have an answer then went to go look at numbers the car owed tags so they were charging me extra for that. I asked him. Why are you guys charging me so much? Does the car owe back fees? The salesman said maybe I don’t know really unprofessional and unreliable cars but definitely go somewhere else and not deal with this headache. Also, the picture on the posting for CarGurus was a different car compared to the one that they have at the Dealer because they had at the Dealer was beat up

  Buyer beware at first I wasn’t going to write a review but now I think I should so that you can be smart about shopping here for your next car I know when you buy a used car it as-is but this experience has been awful. Since we bought the car in February it’s been in and out of this dealers shop 6 times for the same issue and not to count for the other problems like the windshield and the wipers I was promised and never got. They now are saying that they need us to drive the car 2000 miles to that it can relearn that the issue is no longer there. I’m not a master Machanic but I know that is not true. I tried every solution but the sales man didn’t even try anything to help us with returning the car for a loss or even providing us a loaner car while they fixed it for sure they told me that they need to talk to Steve about it and let me know that was a week ago today when I called I was told that he was aware but that he wasn’t going to change his position on not mine you I still haven’t talked directly to Steve just don’t want your time here your better off walking good luck if you do.
