  • I bought a Ford Flex here, after everything was a little over 16 grand. Had the vehicle less than six months and then had to spend over 12000 to get it fixed! Over 10000 to the mechanic and about 2000 to rent a car for 2 months. Car had probs with timing 2 days after buying, then it messed up both turbos causing oil to seep into the exhaust, so bad to were it was leaking out onto the ground everywhere, major fire hazard as well. The car was next to never maintained the mechanic told me, almost no oil changes were ever done. There was so much debris in the engine that it took a huge amount of oil to flush out, had to pull the whole motor out to do everything! And the warranty they offer didn't even cover half! That's just an idea of what you will get yourself into if you buy a vehicle from here, there are better places out there. That's my experience and I hope it helps. Btw the warranty only covered $4700, not even half. Update to response: They never scheduled appointments, that's bs. I've made it to any and all appointments with them. And they DO NOT do loaners they told me, they even told me that when I purchased the vehicle! And I got quotes from 3 different well known mechanics, all within the same price range to fix the vehicle, well 1 was about $650 cheaper but we didn't know if they would take our warranty. When I look back in the reviews it seems like they like to argue and make people look bad for a bad review. The pictures speak for themselves.
