  • Do not go here. Save yourself the headache, the wasted trip, and the disappointment. There are plenty of other places that will treat you with transparency and respect. We received an online offer from Auto Xit in Riverside for $29,300, which was the highest bid we had seen. Because of that, we made the trip from Irvine to Riverside, fully prepared to finalize the deal. Once we arrived and met with Javier, everything changed. After inspecting the car, they dropped the offer to $27,500, citing a small scratch on the headlight and a mark on the ceiling fabric. The “headlight scuff” rubbed off completely—the sales rep even admitted he couldn’t see it anymore. The ceiling mark was also minimal and did not justify nearly a $1,800 reduction. When we pushed back, they raised it slightly to $27,800, still far below their original promise. Then they tried to justify the reduction by showing us DMV registration fee printouts—dealer costs they already knew about—as if that should affect the value of our car. To make matters worse, the finance manager never even showed his face. He hid in the back while Javier was left to deliver the excuses. That lack of professionalism told us everything we needed to know about how they conduct business. This was a bait-and-switch tactic—overbid online to lure us in, then chip away at the number once we were sitting in their office. It wasted our time, gas, and energy for what we thought would be a straightforward transaction. This isn’t just about the money—it’s about principle. We can’t sell our car to people who operate without honesty and integrity. If this is how they treat sellers, I can only imagine how they treat buyers.

  • Terrible experience with this dealership. The car I bought from them has been nothing but problems since day one. Major repairs were needed almost immediately, and instead of doing the right thing, they brushed me off and offered money to keep me quiet. That’s a shady way to do business. They knowingly sell unreliable cars and leave customers stuck with the consequences. I would never trust them again.
