Business description

About us

After more than 13 years in the car business. One truth keeps reaffirming itself over and over. Buying a vehicle shouldn’t be difficult or stressful. Thru the years, I’ve worked in different dealerships and I kept seeing many things that made no sense at every level from top, middle management to salespeople. More often than not, the same way of doing things or “mistakes” were being made at completely different dealers. Your car buying experience shouldn’t be stressful and prolonged. Buying your next vehicle should be fun, exciting, fun and easy! Yes, I did say fun twice. Because it should be FUN! You should be able to look at cars without somebody “shadowing” or constantly pressuring you into making a decision. It’s your hard earned cash, your valuable time and lets face it, sometimes even your feelings being spent in this process. Who hasn’t had their heart set on their dream car? Perhaps looked for a car as a gift for a loved one only to have the whole experience turned into a nightmare by a dealer who cared about everything other than their customer? Sure, they say otherwise, but their actions tell you what you need to know. It ain’t rocket science. You should feel comfortable with the vehicle, the person you’re dealing with and the whole process, period! The people you are dealing with should be able to answer your questions and provide you with the information you need to make a well informed decision. Are we here to make a profit? Of course…. What business isn’t? However, at the end of the day, it is not just about making a living, but about people and taking care of their needs as well. We are here for the long run. And we will only succeed if we take care of you fairly, honestly and truthfully. Our goal is simple, to make your car buying experience quick, easy and hassle free. Allow me the opportunity to earn your business. As a business person, I want to provide you with this valuable service and I want you to refer me to your friends and family as well. As a person, I want to treat you as I like to be treated when I’m the one in the buyer’s position. Call, text or email me at anytime, 469.343.9136 [email protected] I am here to help you.

  • Eddie had the car i was looking for He asked a reasonable price and made the deal! No pressure, no drama just an honest transfer He knows his stuff with the process I was able to close the deal! He also gave me the FAX which had all the details Although i drove an hour to his place, i'm very happy I would definitely buy from him again

  • It is unimaginable to honest people who trust car dealerships to think you will be dealt with unfairly. The fraudulent things people will do to cover themselves are not unique to the car industry, but you must beware of all people you are doing business with. Modern capitalism has created a monster and many of these monsters are a pro at one thing, generating wealth no matter the cost. Making money in today’s economy can be challenging, but it does not mean people should be dishonest. Eddie’s Car Connect is a good example of what the non-criminal version of what an honest criminal looks like. I purchased a 2014 Range Rover Sport from Eddie’s Car Connect August 28, 2025. The TrueCar website provided a Carfax report that indicates a clean and clear title with no reported accident, and some history of maintenance on the vehicle. Overall, the vehicle drove well during the test drive, but there were messages in the information of the vehicle that indicated a low key and vehicle battery. There were no signs of any oil or coolant leaks at the time of the purchase. Of course, I asked the reasonable questions again about the vehicle maintenance and any recent repair. I was told that they were not aware of any issue. I signed the paperwork and took possession of the vehicle as is. Three days later, I noticed a small puddle of coolant on my garage floor. After inspecting the vehicle for the source of the leak, I found a rag stuffed between the radiator and the condenser, which was not visible when I was inspecting under the hood. I am not sure who put it there, the original seller, or Eddie's Car Connect. I did call Eddie’s to inform them and inquire about the coolant issue. I was hoping they would at least offer some help since the purchase was only a few days earlier, but they did not. At this point, I can only be disappointed with my decision to deal with a small business over a corporate dealership. I am only posting this review for the benefit of future buyers. When you are risking something that is important to you, like your hard-earned money, it does not make sense to deal with people who will not look out for you. Bad choices can be a lousy teacher, but trusting bad reviews can save you a lot of time and money. The people are not just mad, they are providing helpful information about the trouble you are potentially getting into. I chose Eddie’s Car Connect because they were listed on Navy Federal Credit Union TrueCar finder website. I was confident that I was dealing with a reputable business, but it turned out that they are no different from the other small business car dealerships who are only looking to get a quick buck flipping cars. Despite the excellent review, I cannot recommend purchasing any vehicle from this seller who cares nothing about the people they claim to assist with purchasing a dependable vehicle. If you are not able to take the car to get it inspected, do not buy an vehicle as-is, unless you don’t mind wasting more money on more problems. Buyer beware!

  • Eddie is solid. Got a decent car from him, exactly what I had been searching for. Took care of any issues I had with the car (Which weren’t many) before he let me take it off the lot. Walked me through all the steps on closing the deal nice and smooth. Would HIGHLY recommend him. And I don’t normally make reviews lol
