  • As soon as I purchased the car, drove the on the highway, car started shaking. Called the guy Rick who I purchased the car from said bring it bk tomorrow. Came bk issue not fixed. I had the car diagnosed in another place. lots of issues w the car After begging and pleading. Rick did basics like, changing brake pads, oil change, engine router. Rick said he will help with more issues before 30days. I called to schedule, he said I was ungrateful for all the money he spent on my car. Also made me feel Uncomfortable with comments like “if I was your boyfriend”. Rick is married, his wife who works in the car shop office there. I wasted 3 weeks back and fourth. Made me feel uncomfortable. Sold me a car with many issues. I feel like I bought a headache. There’s always new things wrong w the car. I hope to never do business there, I would not recommend anyone to buy car from there. I would say spend a little bit more and deal with better people The rear view mirror fell off while I was driving I almost had a car accident. I took it to shop they said the front mirror is not Original Benz mirror, which Rick did not Mention when I purchased the car. also the rear view mop has been glued before. I already spent $500 On the car. This will cost me at least over 1k. Also none of the buttons inside the car is work.

  • I'm on my 3rd vehicle purchased from Plus Auto. The first was back in 2009. None of them had to get major repairs to the engine, transmission, or anything serious. The first 2 got wrecked is how I lost those vehicles and had them for 8 years each. Rico is knowledgeable about what vehicles are reliable and sells them for reasonable price.

  • Excellent service. The owner and his wife very kind and attentive. They have a variety of vehicles and excellent options. I went to many dealers, and they were the only ones who worked on prices and got me what I was looking for. I bought a 2019 Infiniti, and they made sure to sell me the car without any problems. Very grateful for the service.
