  • ⚠️🚩*LONG REVIEW* I was so excited to come to this dealership to look at the cars and possibly purchase one for my son and I because of all the great reviews i read and when i got there i was greeted by the salesman Antonio that sold me the car I have, back in October of 2024. Out of the few options I had I chose the 2019 Volkswagen Jetta GLI and when we sat in the car it immediately didn’t start and they had to get a new battery to put in which was weird but this is my first used car I’ve ever gotten I didn’t think too much about it, so we then took a test drive and everything seemed fine. We got back, and started the paperwork and everything seemed so quick and rushed because they were closing soon. I did all of my paperwork and payment with Fernando. I was told I could bring the remainder of the money after paying my down payment which I ended up doing. I wasn’t given too much info on the car as far as the things that were wrong with it but they did tell me all the minor issues would be fixed right away… fast forward we end up getting the car and a few days later literally the engine light comes on. I’m instantly panicking and contact the dealership to bring it back and see what the issue was and I was told from Fernando not to worry at all that they will fix the issue and if the light comes on to keep driving it and it will go back off if it does happen to come on again which it did and he also always tells me his mechanic fixed the issue but the mechanic doesn’t speak English as far as I know so it’s hard to relay the messages and issues I was having so he usually does that. Every single time the light comes on I contact them right away in hopes that they can fix the issue. I haven’t been able to drive it much in the time I’ve had it because of me being concerned of why the light keeps coming on and not wanting to mess it up more, so between time they had the car at C&J I would Uber often to where I need to go which is very expensive while still making my car payment and insurance on time. Since October 2024- to now February almost March 2025 I’ve had nothing but issues with the car, and the engine light continuously coming on, to the car smoking, to the oil leaking, the coolant always being low, feeling like it’s losing power when I drive it and continuous issues. Towards the time I needed a oil change I took it to Volkswagen and then they ended telling me all the services I needed done to the car which was heavy wear and tear on the 4 tires that needed to be replaced immediately ( i since then replaced all 4 tires), brake pad replacements, a new engine filter replacement, turbo oil lines that have been leaking, thermostat housing replacement, and a 4 wheel alignment, issues all that the car had when it was sold to me i obviously wasn’t aware of until i took it there and have contacted the dealership countless times and went there many times to keep them updated on all the issues every time. I was also told one of the few times after bringing the car back that the previous owner tried to make it a faster car and made a lot of changes to it and that could also be another reason why it’s having issues but I wasn’t told that when they were very quick to take my money. I’m saying all this to say it’s very upsetting and disappointing to go through this and yes I understand it is a used car and they have these issues sometimes but I don’t think it’s right to constantly treat your customers this way especially when I’ve been nothing but respectful every time. I’ve been back with my boyfriend, my son, my sister, mother and father many times and get told something different every time and that the issue will be fixed but yet when I leave my car there for days and days nothing changes I get it right back and the engine light is on again and again with my gas lower and mileage higher!!!!!!!!!! This whole entire experience has been a NIGHTMARE and im stuck with a car with hella issues and have been lied to over and over! I will make sure to let everyone know in Tampa. (POSTING SECOND REVIEW)

  • Fernando was great to work with, always felt confident that I was getting a great deal, Update on my purchase Turns out the great deal was probably from the bank, the dealership? Not so much I lowered from 5 stars to 2 stars because it's been almost 2 months since my purchase and things aren't all that they seem, first off when I took the truck home I noticed that the truck wasn't very clean on the inside so either their detail guy did a terrible job or it wasn't detailed at all but In the grand scheme of things it's a very minor issue, then when I took the truck to a mechanic to get a lift kit installed, the shop notified me that the brake pads were in poor condition, I spoke to Fernando and he promised that he would make it right, I had mechanic give the truck a full look over and I was told the truck was never serviced, oil was never changed, brakes weren't inspected, these are all minimum things that you would expect a dealership to do when they get a vehicle in and do prior to listing it for sale, I again spoke to Fernando and he still said to give him a little time because his mechanic was swamped with work, I offered to have my mechanic do the labor and all they had to do was just supply the parts and again he said he would make it right and he's been a ghost since then, buyer beware, whatever vehicle you're looking to purchase, make sure you look it over very well and if you can, bring a trusted mechanic with you, before signing and paperwork

  • Amazing dealership, I don’t have much credit history so I’ve had trouble finding a good car before but they worked with me, got me in the best vehicle for me and the whole process was very quick and smooth, will definitely recommend 🩷
