  • If I could do no stars I would but sadly I have to give something in order to leave a review. Avoid this place at all costs. Long story short since my review won’t post as it’s a lot to say, this place has nothing but shady people and scammers. Came with my husband and they kept our IDs the whole time and refused to give them back until we got a vehicle from them. They pulled our credit 4x and wanted to lie to us saying they only did it once and maybe it’s just notifying us so much that it was checked once. Lies. I have 4 credit reports/inquiries on my account. Now that “down payment” is how they make their money since they screw you over in the end and then say you can’t have it back. The paperwork they gave me for a vehicle we had wanted from there had the wrong address and information on so many pages and I told them so many times they had my info wrong. Some pages were right and others were random addresses such as the one talking about the gap insurance so imagine if the vehicle broke down on us.? They’d say they can’t do anything as it has the wrong address or an invalid address. When we said no never mind we don’t want to take this vehicle as all the info was wrong and they didn’t fix it, they refused to give us our down payment back. Wanted to give me and my husband a vehicle with a 23% APR and insisted on a down payment of almost 10k in order for us to take it off the lot. We gave so much and they still said they were going to “hold it and put it to the side for us til it’s paid”. They wanted to finance the vehicle with some shady bank in Anaheim CA that has a 2 star rating. The total for that vehicle in the end was going to be double the amount of what they had advertised it on the marketplace for. That was enough to basically go buy 2 vehicles from elsewhere.! And definitely not worth it when the vehicle had so many previous owners and had been in a fender bender. We said cancel all of it and we want confirmation it’s been cancelled before we see random charges or get calls saying we have to pay for something we don’t even have. The manager said we’d get an email from the bank in 48hrs confirming we terminated the deal. Guess what it’s been almost 48hrs and we still have no email confirming said termination. We asked for a paper or something signed from the manager stating we closed the deal as well and he said they don’t do that. Then he said he could give it to us if we come the next day. Then he said he can’t give us anything for that. Long story short he kept changing his response and he couldn’t handle us requesting all this information so we don’t get screwed over and he told us to leave and called the cops on us saying we were being “aggressive and rude” and started saying the cops told him not to talk to us anymore until they showed like really.? You’re a grown man and can’t handle a simple request.? How ridiculous. Now we still have yet to get anything from the shady bank and from these shady people so best believe if we have any issues with them saying we owe money or anything, we will be getting an attorney. Save yourself the stress and headache and go to a better dealership or to a legit place. Even Dick Poe, Right Drive, Hyundai, and so many other places had wayyyy better offers than this shady place.

  • I had an amazing experience from the meet greet, to the test drive, and all the way till delivery of my new Hellcat. The sales process was easy, smooth, and we got to the right deal quickly. Luna my sales representative was more than helpful and accommodating! I highly recommend asking for her if anyone decides it’s time for something new/newer. My finance guy Alex Lira was pumped for me the whole process , and knowledgeable when it came to the paperwork. He offered the best rates he could find and made sure I had warranty options to cover my new purchase! Great overall experience.

  • Reviewing a few years later after purchase. There was no spare tire or jack. Luckily, I caught it and they put them in after notifying. Years later, I realize they gave me a spare tire that doesn't fit. Other things, The car had some plastic bolts. The coolant hose had a leak. And there was a hole in the floor board covered up by their temporary floor-mats. Additionally, there's evidence of previous repairs(sloppily done with glue residue visible) on the rear bumper. None of this was disclosed ever. They wouldn't go down on price despite the tires being a few months out from needing replacement. Not to mention they referred me to an insurance person who took payments by cashapp. Of which ~$300 was a "after hours fee". I would steer clear and find somewhere that's a bit more honest.
