  • I had an awful experience with 321. For three weeks, I spoke with four different employees and received four different answers. I was told I qualified, was pre-approved over the phone and through their online application, given estimated payments, insurance requirements, and assured approval. Based on that information, I drove over two hours only to find out the information I was given was inaccurate, making the trip completely wasted. Even after giving them another chance and spending an additional week trying to resolve the confusion, the details kept changing. The advertised down payment changed, approval requirements changed, and just hours before returning to purchase a vehicle, I was told I was no longer approved and needed a co-signer. The lack of communication, consistency, and transparency was extremely frustrating. If your time is valuable, I would not recommend this dealership.
