  • Before I State my review I just want to mention this what these people are doing are absolutely illegal they're wanting me they made a deal with me then they wanted me to pay 50% down on the vehicle after we had already agreed on a price and still pay $400 every two weeks for 2 years which would have been at 107.5%, which would have made the total value of a $19,000 vehicle after putting $10,500 down still having to pay $400 every 2 weeks for 2 years come to $31,000 which I'm definitely reporting this company to the division of consumer affairs for illegal practices of price gouging basically taking advantage of someone who has bad credit that salesman kept telling me the whole time because they don't want to make anything more stressful for the customer and he promised me the moon or the original agreement was $4,000 down and payments at $250 every two weeks for 2 years DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. ​I had an absolute nightmare of an experience at 321 Drive off Charlotte Pike. I spent over 4 hours here trying to buy a vehicle. We worked out a specific deal: I agreed to pay $5,000 down (which included an extra $450 they claimed I was short) with payments set at $250 every two weeks. We shook hands, the numbers were set, and I left thinking I had bought a car. ​An hour later, they called me and told me to come back up to the dealership. When I arrived, they completely pulled the rug out from under me. Suddenly, the deal we spent 4 hours making wasn't good enough, and they demanded I put 50% down on the vehicle instead. It was a classic, manipulative bait-and-switch. ​To make matters worse, the management here is appalling. The manager was incredibly arrogant, dismissive, and acted with zero integrity. He wasted my entire day, reneged on a negotiated deal, and treated me with total disrespect. If you value your time and your money, go literally anywhere else. This place is unprofessional and dishonest.

  • If I could give this negative stars I would. This company is bad !! Nun professional and all!! April the manager will tell you she will work with you but it’s a lie. I told these people my problems but still continued to do business with me. I told April what I could afford, she agreed but the next week she went behind on what we agreed and tried to get more. Could’ve took my business elsewhere.
