  • I waited awhile to leave a review just for the whole sale process, along with the title and new plate transfer, etc as well as to see how the vehicle performed. The owner was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable to interact with. Sent me additional pictures and videos since we were about 3 hours away. It was worth the drive. Got an amazing condition Mustang. Can't complain one bit. The car runs, drives, and looks amazing. Excellent price that I couldn't pass up. He let us take it for a test drive and we were gone as long as we felt like to really get a good feel if it was what we wanted. I would trust him and buy from them again and it is worth the drive. His dog is beautiful and was fun to see in the office while doing our paperwork. Thanks so much!

  • When I took one of their cars in for an inspection, my mechanic was unexpectedly short-staffed, and had to keep the car overnight and complete the inspection in the morning. Joel didn't just give permission for that, he also held the car for me FOR FREE for a day between the car returning to his lot and the following day when I purchased it. Skipping the typical negotiation mumbo jumbo, when I presented Joel with the repair cost of the minor attention needed on the car, he immediately cut half of the repair cost from the price. It's not like I have a lifetime of experience shopping for used cars, but when looking for my first car, I had several poor experiences. Out of all the places I shopped, Zipstar Auto Sales was the most pleasant, honest, gracious, and easy-going. I'm proud to say I bought my first car from Zipstar!

  • Anyome and everyone looking for a car this is your place!!! Me being a single female the car shopping experience has been less than pleasant however when I came across this place i was so incredibly thankful!!!! Joel helped me he was kind polite was not pushy at all let me take my time drive multiple cars etc and really took his time with me unlike an other dealership I went to. He was so patient because I was all over the place! Bless his heart!!! I found my perfect car here and couldn’t be happier. I will direct all friends and family to go here and specifically ask for Joel!!!
