  I recently purchased a Tesla Model 3 for my daughter, and I cannot say enough about the incredible experience I had working with Mr. Len. From start to finish, he was absolutely amazing, accommodating, understanding, patient, and truly committed to making this process smooth and stress-free for me. Buying a car from New Jersey while living in Texas could have easily been overwhelming, but not with Mr. Len. He never allowed the distance to become a barrier. His communication was so consistent and genuine that it felt like I was right there in the office with him. I have never dealt with a company or individual who made me feel so at ease, supported, and completely confident in my purchase. What stood out most was his heart. He went out of his way, far beyond what anyone would expect to make sure everything was perfect. He even arranged the shipper himself to ensure my daughter’s car arrived safely. And at a time when I’m working to get back on my feet, he never made my credit situation feel like an obstacle. Instead, he showed compassion, patience, and a sincere desire to help. Len took his time to answer all my questions, provided detailed information about the vehicle, matched me with the best financing options and payments to save me money and ensured I was completely satisfied with my purchase. The paperwork process was also clear and simple and I was driving my new car out the lot same day. Ive been through the dealership financing process many times and this is the first time i feel i was not rushed or pressured to buy, ans most importantly my credit and credentials were not ran a 100 times like most dealerships do.
