  • It was a rainy Saturday here at Car Castle today! We were greeted it by Art and Jon. Jon was the one who ended up working with us. We had already a car in mind. The atmosphere at the dealership was relaxing and welcoming. Not pushy sales people. Lots of car to choose from. Our experience here with Jon was painless. No headaches, no sales pushing, no hassles. Jon was very kind, patient, and very open with us from the get-go! We did get an excellent deal with the car. Used car. They pull up the CARFAX for the vehicle and let you read it. They let you inspect the vehicle and test drive it. He did not rush us into buying or anything. We were buying a car for our teenage daughter. Her first car will be a manual vehicle (Two thumps up.) Jon answered all our questions patiently, and in a friendly manner. Very down to earth. Overall, we had an awesome experience here today.
