It was a rainy Saturday here at Car Castle today! We were greeted it by Art and Jon. Jon was the one who ended up working with us. We had already a car in mind. The atmosphere at the dealership was relaxing and welcoming. Not pushy sales people. Lots of car to choose from. Our experience here with Jon was painless. No headaches, no sales pushing, no hassles. Jon was very kind, patient, and very open with us from the get-go! We did get an excellent deal with the car. Used car. They pull up the CARFAX for the vehicle and let you read it. They let you inspect the vehicle and test drive it. He did not rush us into buying or anything. We were buying a car for our teenage daughter. Her first car will be a manual vehicle (Two thumps up.) Jon answered all our questions patiently, and in a friendly manner. Very down to earth. Overall, we had an awesome experience here today.
I worked with Juan and the rest of the team in the process of buying my van. Used vans can be a crap shoot, but upon getting it independently inspected nearby, it got a very encouraging report. They worked with me to accommodate my budget, and the process was pleasant and efficient, and I left feeling like I got a really good deal - and few things make me happier than that! Thanks guys!
Okay so I had gone to Car Castle to purchase a Jeep long story short I was not able to drive away with it the first time, my sales man was Mark Ramirez, despite they were very busy that day Mark made it feel not hectic and was very apologetic at all times for the wait. I went back months later and spoke to Mark once again, as we had been working together the first time. He had been super honest since day one and explained on how to make a possibility to a reality. Mark made the process super easy and stress free as this was my first time purchasing a Jeep or any vehicle, he explained everything in detail and made it happen!(excitement voice) Again Car Castle and Mark Ramirez get a 5star on great service and for making my first Jeep purchase go smooth! Each day I fall more in love with my Jeep! Definitely worth every penny! If anyone is looking to purchase a customized Jeep or truck you will definitely not go wrong with Car Castle and don’t forget to ask for their top salesman Mark Ramirez for that great service.
