  • It was a great shopping experience. I first went to take a look at the dodge nitro and met Chase. The salesperson was off hands and no pressure which was nice. Not wanting to make a quick decision, I decided to leave with intention to spend more time on the lot. My second visit I met Dante. He was also very off hands and no pressure. The customer service is top notch, definitely worth 5 Stars. I will say the only thing that stopped me from purchasing either car was that each car was unsatisfactory when test driving. The cars are beautiful but the two I drove, one had a sensor issue with the doors and the other started to vibrate when at highway speeds. In each circumstance, both Dante and Chase offered to rectify the issue of which I believed them. In the end, I just didn’t feel comfortable purchasing something that had issues out the gate. I will be back in the market for another car for my mother and will likely will be taking another visit. Hopefully. Thirds time a charm.

  • I had the best experience at Rich's Car Corner. I made a phone call and spoke to Ron, he was absolutely amazing, I had a question regarding a 2010 Ford F150; he called me back within minutes. I came to the shop the next day and was greeted by him and his colleague in a very happy, positive, professional manner. I've never had such an easy, relaxed, calm experience at a car dealership until I came to Rich's Car Corner. Not only do I recommend, I am having my family and friends come here for their next vehicle purchase. Thank you Rich, and thank you Ron.   • Ok, I happend to check Seattle at google map today and found this shop is still there...geeeeez. They ripped me off when I was an international student at the Shoreline CC long time ago who doesn't speak fluent English and just moved to Seattle several months ago. They fixed my VW bug brakes and charged 5 times more than the repair shop I went years later, for the same repair! They even told me that it's better to leave my car to them(for FREE!) since my car is not good(that's what they said). How could I do that since I just bought that car. I was young and poor and away from family and so on, so it hurts so much. In addition, one guy at the shop called me light after and asked me out...so wrong! I have so many great memories and friends in Seattle but only this shop is the evil. So sad and even feel pity of them.
