  • It was a great shopping experience. I first went to take a look at the dodge nitro and met Chase. The salesperson was off hands and no pressure which was nice. Not wanting to make a quick decision, I decided to leave with intention to spend more time on the lot. My second visit I met Dante. He was also very off hands and no pressure. The customer service is top notch, definitely worth 5 Stars. I will say the only thing that stopped me from purchasing either car was that each car was unsatisfactory when test driving. The cars are beautiful but the two I drove, one had a sensor issue with the doors and the other started to vibrate when at highway speeds. In each circumstance, both Dante and Chase offered to rectify the issue of which I believed them. In the end, I just didn’t feel comfortable purchasing something that had issues out the gate. I will be back in the market for another car for my mother and will likely will be taking another visit. Hopefully. Thirds time a charm.

  • I had the best experience at Rich's Car Corner. I made a phone call and spoke to Ron, he was absolutely amazing, I had a question regarding a 2010 Ford F150; he called me back within minutes. I came to the shop the next day and was greeted by him and his colleague in a very happy, positive, professional manner. I've never had such an easy, relaxed, calm experience at a car dealership until I came to Rich's Car Corner. Not only do I recommend, I am having my family and friends come here for their next vehicle purchase. Thank you Rich, and thank you Ron.   • A couple of weeks ago, I visited Rich's with the intention of purchasing a commuter car. From the moment I walked in, their salesman, Chase, provided excellent service. He took the time to inform me about all the vehicles available on the lot and answered my questions thoroughly, which made the whole process much more enjoyable. I appreciated that he never pressured me to make a decision, allowing me to browse at my own pace. After exploring my options, I finally found a car that I really liked, and to my surprise, they even took care of a minor repair—fixing a broken part—at no additional cost. However, I did have a couple of complaints. Firstly, when I received the car, it barely had any gas in it. Additionally, I have a slight feeling that I might have overpaid slightly for the vehicle. Overall, though, my experience at Rich's was positive thanks to Chase's assistance.
