  • The experience i experienced at Rick's was one of no hassle witch I really appreciate the salesman Chance was very laid back something I also appreciate. I went there with a particular truck in mind and found that was not what I wanted, Chance was eager to help me find one that would make me smile and he did just that. The Ford Ranger that I bought has been a very dependable vehicle. I made this Ranger fade to black so all the pictures with chrome are how I bought it and the pictures with all black are what I did to it.

  • Went car shopping for a second vehicle. Looking for an older minivan, something reliable and not too expensive. We set out trying to find a Honda Odyssey and went to a bunch of the dealers along Aurora Ave. We saw an ad on facebook marketplace for one at Rich's but all the other ones we looked at online at other places looked great in the pics but once we got there they were beat up so we thought this might be the same. Boy were we wrong. It was just like the pictures. It was our first time going to Rich's and wished we would have went there in the beginning. We found a Honda Odyssey that was in great shape. We looked at a bunch of these vans and one thing that stood out right away was how clean this one was. They did a great job detailing it. It even smelled like a new car. Dante took care of us. He was super helpful and not pushy at all. The entire experience was what I was really hoping for and we found it! We were there less than 45 minutes from the time we walked in the door (and even test drove it) and driving home with our car. Also I'm a car guy and seeing all the classic cars in the showroom made me feel like what it would be like buying a car back in the day. Fantastic service, really nice cars and at affordable prices.
