  • It was a great shopping experience. I first went to take a look at the dodge nitro and met Chase. The salesperson was off hands and no pressure which was nice. Not wanting to make a quick decision, I decided to leave with intention to spend more time on the lot. My second visit I met Dante. He was also very off hands and no pressure. The customer service is top notch, definitely worth 5 Stars. I will say the only thing that stopped me from purchasing either car was that each car was unsatisfactory when test driving. The cars are beautiful but the two I drove, one had a sensor issue with the doors and the other started to vibrate when at highway speeds. In each circumstance, both Dante and Chase offered to rectify the issue of which I believed them. In the end, I just didn’t feel comfortable purchasing something that had issues out the gate. I will be back in the market for another car for my mother and will likely will be taking another visit. Hopefully. Thirds time a charm.
