Paid $480 for what was supposed to be a brand new mattress, but it arrived with stains on it. That’s unacceptable for something advertised as new. They did issue a refund, which I appreciate, but that doesn’t change the fact that the product should have been clean and new to begin with. I shouldn’t have to question the condition of a purchase at this price point. Very disappointing experience overall. Would not recommend.
