  • I bought a used bmw 335i about 2 1/2 years ago. I was in the area looking at a different car but it was really scratched up so I decided to look in the area and found mesa motors. I then just showed up unannounced and instantly fell in love with the car. However on my first and second test drive the serpentine belt snapped. I then came back a little later, and he said it had the wrong alternator on it, fixed the situation and I went home in the car. A few days later it was acting up (because of the old belt that snapped, there was still a pice in the engine) he told me to bring it back explained to me why that was happening and fixed it in a day. Since then have only had a few small problems (to be expected when buying any car especially a used one with 100k miles). He worked really well with payments and everything. Thank you!

  • Buying a used car is an experience that needs patience and clear communication on both the seller and buyer. Realizing that you are not buying a new vehicle with everything factory fresh is the first step in that process. My experience with the purchase of an Audi A6 was nothing short of amazing at Mesa motors. Mosen the owner went out of his way to make me comfortable from the moment of first contact. No pressure at all. Offered a test drive to evaluate the vehicle at my leisure. When I returned with the vehicle and discussed an issue I uncovered he told me that he would take care of it and after the purchase he did just that. He also facilitated contact with a credit union for the financing of the purchase. All in all I could not be happier with everything during this process and would highly recommend to anyone come experience for yourself the before and after the sale experience of Mesa Motors.
