  • I found Auto Arena through Facebook marketplace when I came across a used Toyota Hybrid that looked like it would be a good fit for me. When I got on the lot I met Jerry, who was very welcoming. What I liked is that he encouraged me to test drive many different options, he wanted to make sure I got a car I would be happy with. After trying a couple of others, I knew that the hybrid was what I wanted, but I had concerns about the tires and some vibration in the car at 40+ mph. This is where AA stood out. For the out the door price, they said they would throw in new tires and take care of all the balance issues. As they were putting on the tires they found the vibration was more than just balance. It was that the car needed new tie rods. They replaced those at no extra cost either. We had to wait for the parts to arrive but that was no problem I was in no rush. After a couple of days, I picked up my Toyota and they even let me leave my old car on their lot until I could figure out a way to get it back to my house. I have been driving my Toyota for just over a week now and I love it. The best way I can sum it all up is like this. With Auto Arena you can ask for anything you want, just be fair, and as long as it is they'll move mountains for you.

  • Auto Arena is the best place to buy a car! Stew, Adam, and Jerry are very professional. They go the extra mile to help you get into a vechicle. Every where else I've tried were not friendly, respectuful, and just didn't care. I would recommend Auto Arena to my friends and family.

  • My car had a leaking issue, On my way, I went few other places but evey of them asked me to get an appointment for next week which was not logical at all, but since they know the urgency of it, they accept to fixing it within the same time as I reached them. They fixed it after few hours which I appreciate their services.
