  • Purchased a car on 9/12 and have had nothing but trouble since. 2 days after I got it, check engine light comes on. Then we find out the transmission is failing. Have been back and forth to this place 9 times in a month and a half. Mo seems sincere in efforts to fix my issues but the amount of time I have had to spend getting this resolved is ridiculous. I would not recommend going here. The finance guy ran my credit app like 15 times. Told him not to do that. Didn't know until I got a bunch of letters and alerts about my credit being run. To top is all off, they didn't even bother to detail the car or give it a full tank. 0 stars. Don't do it. You will regret it.

  • After looking at several vehicles in the Greater Cincinnati area, we were very pleased with the one we found here. We had very strict guidelines for what we were looking for in a "new to us" used car. They also have a large selection to choose from. The financing went smoothly and they worked hard to find us the best rate and a payment within our budget. As a matter-of-fact, their entire staff was enjoyable to deal with! We drove away in our newly purchased car extremely happy.

  • 0 stars unfortunately is not an option, but 0 stars is what this place truly earns itself. This business is actually a produce stand selling rotting lemons. Be sure to check for rust on any vehicle if you ever make the mistake of giving this scummy business a benefit of the doubt. As someone who did, hear me out, avoid this place. They do not care that they sell complete junk but they do make sure that that is the last thing you learn about them. I went to look at a 2006 Toyota 4Runner SR5, and what I found when I got there was a decaying 4Runner. THE VEHICLE WAS COMPLETELY UNLOCKED MEANING ANY STRANGER COULD WALK IN AND SCREW WITH THE VEHICLES. The employee did not even know that it was unlocked, so who knows how long it sat there unlocked. They conveniently mentioned nothing about rust on the vehicle - is it normal for all of the metal underneath the vehicle to be flakey and fall off in chunks when lightly touched with your bare hand? The thing was a rust bucket. They also conveniently never mentioned or featured in the add that the rear right tire was/is completely flat. FLAT. Sitting on the rim for who knows how long. The 1 guy working there said "oh?, uh yeah we can just fill that back up ok" as if that would fix anything. I told the guy who was working there ( I politely had to introduce myself, very professional NOT on his part) brought out the keys to open the already completely unlocked vehicle that they conveniently failed to list all of the vehicles existing issues. He responds with a cocky "Oookay buddy" under his breath. Did I mention that the grown man had no sense of respect to the only customer there (me sadly). A customer who walked in potentially to pay $$$$s on a vehicle but fail to even look at me? Its like I was a burden to be there interested in buying a car. Respect can make a huge difference. I then was on my way, so sorry to inconvenience that mans time since he had a whole lot of nothing else to do. Normally youd think dealerships would fabricate issues, but this place straight up does not care. I wish this would have been a good 5-star review. But, unlike Auto Arena, I prefer to state the issues outright. If you do not believe my review, I encourage you to go see for yourself and I encourage you to let me know I'm making all this up about that 4Runner and the "worker" who was there 9/24/2025
