  • Saw them post a car up for sale. Went to go check it out and do a test drive. The salesman Paul helped me out that day and gave a thorough run down about the car and the process of buying it. Came back in a couple days and bought the car for a fair price and in no time. Awesome guy!

  • EDIT: once we were able to get in contact with someone, they’ve been very good about trying to work with us. They have taken on the responsibility of trying to hold the warranty company accountable, as well as offered us a contribution toward the hefty repair we are facing. I very much appreciate their continued communication and want to make things right in a way that feels like a solution for us and for them. If I could give 0 stars, I would. We purchased our car from them in September, and drove it for about 2 weeks before the check engine light came on twice in the course of 3 days. The second time the read out was “multiple cylinders misfiring” and “dangerous gases leaking into the exhaust.” The shop strongly suggested we not drive it. We tried to talk to the salesman who sold it to us, and he did not appear to care. He hung his hat on the fact that we bought it as-is. We also bought a warranty, which was useless. It will only cover up to $2000, and has very strict rules, making it nearly impossible to actually get to the full amount. At the moment, the car has pretty much been in the shop the entire time we’ve owned it, and we will have paid for it twice by the time we get it back. This dealership does NOT want to help you, they do NOT care about you, they just want your money. Stay away!

  • I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with A&A Motors. I purchased a used vehicle from them, paid in full, and traded in my previous car—which had no mechanical issues. Before finalizing the purchase, I even had a pre-purchase inspection completed, so I believed I was making a safe and informed decision. That confidence lasted less than a day. On the drive home, the vehicle immediately gave me a low coolant warning. I topped it off, assuming it was minor. After every single drive, the same warning returned. I took the car to a shop, where I was informed that multiple coolant pipes were severely leaking. These leaks had clearly been temporarily patched or concealed so they wouldn’t be obvious to a buyer before purchase. This was not wear-and-tear — this was deception. To make matters worse, within less than one week of ownership, the car developed a significant oil leak. None of these issues were disclosed. Alex claimed his mechanic had serviced the vehicle and insisted the vehicle was in “great mechanical shape,” which is blatantly untrue. I was forced to pay over $2,000 in repairs almost immediately. If I hadn’t had personal connections with the mechanic who worked on my car, this could have easily exceeded $4,000. That kind of financial hit right after a purchase is unacceptable. I attempted to contact Alex to resolve this issue. No response. I followed up again. Still no response. Once the money was taken, communication stopped entirely. This dealership knowingly sold a vehicle with hidden mechanical problems and then ignored me when confronted. I strongly advise anyone looking for a car to avoid A&A Motors. This business cannot be trusted, and I regret ever dealing with them.
