  • The sales negotiations were good we work mostly online with the lender. We bought the car and the next day we went to our mechanic for oil change a check all fluids. He discovered a crack and leaking radiator reservoir and said they shouldn’t have sold the car without repairs, there was also something sharp lodged into the sidewall of the left front tire ( there were 4 different brand of tires on this car) I my mind these were minor repairs that they should take care of. We call Andrew and he directed me to Laya and I told her that since we live 80 miles away that we could get a tire (50.00) and Reservoir (60.00) and take care of the Minor repairs and if they could reimburse us some of the the cost without driving on a bad tire and a car that could overheat, they suggested that we might have cause the tire damage ( my photo of the car shows the damage was there) and the car could overheat. My daughter is 24 and has a 2 year old that I care for their safety. They offered us 25.00 reimbursement that’s a joke!!!! Oh and the gas light was on when we bought the car and they didn’t offer to put any gas in the car. Probably should have walked away but we had already committed to the Lender. All we wanted was them to cover the tire and part which was only 110.00… i guess that’s not something they could do…

They are very transparent about their cars' history and provide the Carfax background check. You can complete all your DMV registration at the dealership with the purchase of their cars. Their employees are friendly and very helpful. They are efficient, professional with all their customers, and make you feel like a valued customer. If you're looking to buy a used car for a great price with amazing customer service, this is the place!
