We now offer in and out-of-warranty appliance service. No more dealing with call center lines to schedule service if something is to occur during a manufacturer warranty. I have bought numerous appliances from paradise appliance and I have been happy with every purchase. The sales gal was wonderful and the 2 delivery guys who just brought me. My new appliance were super sweet, super, fast, efficient and very, very friendly.
Wonderful experience! I was out of state and called to order my wager and dryer. Kelly was very helpful and professional. She took payment and scheduled the delivery day. The delivery came between 8-9 a.m. and I was texted a 30 minute ETA. It took them about 15 minutes to unbox them and set them up. The delivery person walked me through the basic operations of the machines and gave me all of the paperwork. They were careful, professional and above expectations from start to finish! Highly recommend!
The appliances available in store were the best prices in town. I compared them to 3 other discount appliance stores. Once I chose my appliance the check process was quick and easy. I purchased an extended warranty. The delivery was in time and super efficient. An all around 10 out of 10 experience.
