Long story short- purchased an AWD Traverse in 2024 w/ warranty. In 2025 had issues with noises from transmission. Took it into dealership recommended shop. Shop replaced Torque converter. When we picked up, same noise was there. Took car to different shop and they let me know drive shaft was missing. I asked the shop that the dealer recommended and they said i dropped off car with no drive-shaft. When I confronted California Auto Sales, they purchased a drive-shaft and I picked it up. When the shop installed it, they found issues with transfer case and transmission. After $15,000 in repairs later, I NOW have an AWD vehicle. Im posting receipts too. Check your cars before you buy. Shout out to GWC Warranty. They did everything they could.
