  I had a really great experience at JD Auto. Lexi, our car lady, was great. Friendly, welcoming & patient. I noticed the majority of the cars here are very fairly priced, low miles in respect to the car's year & in good shape. The only 2 negatives were our car wasn't cleaned (cup holders, arm rests etc are gross) & the check engine light came on the next morning after I bought our car.

  Not great. Went there in June to look at a car they reported was in "perfect condition" minus the tires - they showed me car fax and all of the "verifications". Finally got my car after two weeks of shuffling around due to people not communicating. Once I got it, and drove about 5minutes, the car began seizing, unable to accelerate properly. I got it home into my driveway and within 24 hours the back tire is completely flat. Oh and guess what? Locking lug nuts with NO KEY. Great. Also - I asked that the key fob be fixed as it was not working and that still does not work. They also did not clean the car properly - it still has vape juice in places I can't even begin to discuss lol. I give this place two stars because they are trying their best but ulimately DO NOT go here if you want premier service and/or do not have the funds to FIX the car you just bought LOL. I have also tried to call them multiple times to discuss these matters and have never received a call back. Capitalism is realllllll strong here - do not expect anything going here.

  Honestly this entire experience was a waste of my time. We knew exactly what vehicle we wanted and all we needed to do was park, read the codes with an OBD and take the vehicle home. We both have a 700+ credit score and I make over 178k a year and had cash as an option as well. We came from UTAH with three place picked out. As soon as we arrived a gentleman saw us parking(there were no signs or designated parking), he didn’t say anything. We parked behind a set of other vehicles but in a way that I could grab my son’s wheelchair. Anything gentleman came out the office and said “you need to move”. I was immediately taken back as no direction on where was made. I said “we already know what vehicle we wanted but we can go”. The gentleman said “thats fine”. So we started getting back in the vehicle and another gentleman (pictured below) said “well, you shouldn’t have parked there”. I responded well I needed a spit that was big enough for handicap parking. He laughed and said “are you serious”. I said “yes” as I LEFT MY TERMINALLY ILL SON BACK INTO THE VEHICLE. He said “you could have backed behind the truck”. This would have blocked the hatch of my vehicle to remove my 9 year old wheelchair. I said “that won’t work for us, we are just going”. He then called me a jack ass. We left and went to another dealership where we were greeted warmly. They even put a movie on for my son while we paid in cash for our vehicle. Honestly parking in of itself was a nightmare as they even had vehicles parked on curbs. They could have just told us we would need to move if needed for business and we would have. However, the disgusting behavior and aggressiveness was unacceptable and just gross.
