  • I had a really great experience at JD Auto. Lexi, our car lady, was great. Friendly, welcoming & patient. I noticed the majority of the cars here are very fairly priced, low miles in respect to the car's year & in good shape. The only 2 negatives were our car wasn't cleaned (cup holders, arm rests etc are gross) & the check engine light came on the next morning after I bought our car.

  • My sister and I drove 2 hours to see a Nissan Sentra that was listed as never being in an accident. When I inspected the car, there was glass in the back from a smashed rear windshield. Even though they stated that the car had just gone in for repairs that same day, the check engine light was also on. They claimed the second car we looked at had also never been in an accident. The gentleman brought us the car to test drive, leaving the car on. I realized he did this to keep us from seeing the collision notification on startup. Overall, they lied about both cars and tried to trick us into thinking both cars were never in accidents, listing false information online as well as in person. Highly recommend you avoid this place.

  • This is my second time buying a car from JD Auto PDX, and they continue to impress. Their selection of vehicles is seriously one of the best in the area—tons of clean, reliable options, and something for just about every budget. You can tell they really put effort into curating their inventory. Their new location is a big upgrade—more space, easy to get to, and just has a more professional, welcoming vibe overall. The whole buying process was smooth again, and the team remained just as helpful and honest as the first time. It’s rare to find a dealership that’s this consistent. Highly recommend checking them out!
