  • They promised me they’d buy my diabetic test strips and then they switched up last second after I had already shipped them off. They told me to just go ask ups for the package back but it doesn’t work like that. I already called and they told me they were unable to return package to me once it’s been scanned because then people would file insurance claim saying it was lost when in reality they just took it back. So now I not only have to wait for the package to arrive, but I have to wait for him to return to sender. All meanwhile my package is vulnerable to theft, weather, damage, etc. Truly disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this place and I surely wouldn’t recommend selling diabetic supplies here let alone shipping them here.
