  • Shopping for a used car can be stressful. I'm a widow living out of state, shopping for a car online in the Chicago area. My "car knowledgeable" dear friend in that area was helping me by visiting the cars we liked and doing the test drives. One of the cars I found was at Chicago Auto Capital in Elgin. My friend went to that dealership and met with their sales consultant Sam Sarim. After test driving the car, we decided I wanted to buy it. The communication back and forth was excellent. I wanted the car additionally inspected by an outside mechanic shop. At the inspection, there were a few things that needed addressing. I negotiated with Sam on each issue, including the delivery of the car to Iowa. Sam was a friendly, reasonable and ethical man. We came to a fair conclusion on each issue and an "out the door" price. No additional fees were added to the price other than document, title and dealer prep fees. I'd pay taxes in Iowa. My beautiful Lexus es350 was delivered this week. I'm an extremely satisfied customer and would recommend Sam and his dealership if you want an honest and fair experience.
