  My wife and I Purchased a 2019 ford f150 (sales rep was Carolyn )a few months ago from this dealer. Check engine light came on a short time after purchasing vehicle, took it back to them. They turned the light off, not even telling me what the code was shortly after that the check engine light came on a second time I had a vehicle scanned on my own through a mechanic shop the code red VCT timing I ended up needing to rebuild the entire motor $8000 later. Had nothing but problems with this vehicle since making purchase. My advice is definitely stay away from this family owned business. They sell lemons. I am in the process of hiring a lawyer to hopefully get my $8000 back for the motor rebuild. See u in court soon!

  Carolyne was seriously the best salesperson That I ever had to deal with by far compared to previous auto purchases that I’ve made. I wanted to wait for a few months to see if the purchase I made was a Wise decision, as I have never bought a used car With as much mileage as it has (137,000 miles). I can say with certainty now that she was very honest from the start and very transparent about everything. What attracted me first to Marciano Auto Group Was that they were more of a family run business rather than a large auto dealer and that they were not afraid to give thanks to God in many of their customer interactions. That means ALOT to me as a Christian🙏. The 2015 Toyota Camry that I purchased was definitely a wise choice, After shopping for a number of months and checking out a number of different carfaxes from different places. This car runs beautiful, I am so happy and I have spread the word about this place; My sister is the next one to make a purchase from them. Carolyne Is very high energy, Do not let that scare you…. It is all very positive, Very good energy. Thank you, Carolyne!

  We just finished purchasing a 2017 Kia Sport suv with Carolyne & she blew our mind. She is beyond professional, classic, culture , smart and the definition of a strong woman. We are Italians that have lived in Quebec Canada, Long Island NY and now in Florida and let me tell you it hard to come across someone like Carolyne. I will forever remember her! Thank you so much Marciano Auto Group for really making us feel like family. But, Carolyne is going places beyond she can imagine! Her energy is shines! Ask for her! The best of the best!
