  • I really didn't set out to buy a Honda Accord, though I previously owned a 2013 EX-L. But I know that they are very reliable cars and have great resale value. I simply went online and Google my price range. Then, I set up appointments on Thursday, 3/26 with about five different dealers, including Used Car Factory. This was my third stop; I also had two other vehicles there to look at. But, I test drove the 2016 Honda Accord EX Coupe CVT—no other was necessary! Buying was simple as Carlos, who is knowledgeable and easygoing, also gave me a 30-day Warranty on the engine and transmission. He also met my out-the-door price, gave me the CarFax, and fixed the 2 issues before I took possession! This was my BEST car buying experience, ever!
