  The customer service there is really really bad almost all the workers are rude. I called and they answered the phone without saying one word and when I spoke, they gave me a rude attitude. I said thank you very much. Have a nice day and they just hung up on the phone they gave me a quote. Supposedly they weren’t supposed to give me a quote through the phone, but I drove about more than 8 miles to go pawn something and they said they don’t purchase those. Why would they give me anything through the phone and tell me to come all the way over here and when I came over there, they immediately tried to kick me out. I was trying to check out the guitars there, but they didn’t want me in the store at all. They kicked me out. I’m not sure why they have a huge attitude for customers, but you can go ahead and try call and ask a couple of questions and see how rude they are With a very huge attitude

  The process was very easy and everything was explained to me how much per ounce would be and all the details for a great transaction,they are very honest and detail oriented nice doing business with them!
