Stay away from this place and trust the negative reviews. I inquired with Arthur about a vehicle that was listed. Not on their site but Facebook marketplace. All the pics are taking at this business. The guy seems irritated to answer questions about a vehicle he is selling. Very poor communication and acting like he’s doing you the favor to sell you a vehicle. I was about to go by the vehicle I’ve been chatting about. The guy told me he’s driving that vehicle and he’s not at the dealership today… Ok so you don’t want to sell it ? It definitely sounds like a SCAM. I told the guy I will be leaving a review etc and he can careless. Plenty of reputable dealers out there that know how to treat people. Arthur should not be in sales
I just want to take a minute to rate my recent experience at PowerNet Motors and especially thank salesman Marco for patience and understanding, he did everything he could to assist in the process. Final price was exactly as negotiated. We left the dealer with my new car and great experience!
Purchased 2011 VW Sportwagen from them and extremely helpful. Out of state buyer and Marco did a fantastic job, even helped with loading car on trailer. Recommend this dealer for your auto needs. Great people, great pricing!
