I had a really great experience with Octavio at Lancaster Auto Group. From the start, he was quick to respond and straight up with me about everything. No pressure, no back-and-forth games, just honest communication. What I appreciated most was how smooth he made the whole process. We got the deal done and I was in and out in about an hour, which almost never happens at a dealership. It was simple, efficient, and stress-free. It's been a real ride, but I love it! I traveled all the way from Oakland for a 2nd gen Honda CRV at Lancaster. Octovio helped us out throughout the whole process from beginning to end. The transaction and communication was smooth. We felt in good hands. The car was as expected and drove well and looked great. An unfortunate thing happened the day after on my road trip back to Oakland, however. The check engine light came on. I was distraught. I pulled over and tried to figure it out. Then I recalled something that Octovio said when I was finalizing paperwork to purchase the vehicle, he said, reach out if anything comes up. Sometimes people say those things, but really don't mean it. Especially with dealerships, you never know and you get stuck with a problem car. This wasn't the case. Not only did Lancaster and Octovio help with the issue that was faced. They went above and beyond. The communication was clear and they were more than willing to help resolve the issue. It took awhile to get thing sorted out, but it was all worth it. I thank Octovio and the Lancaster team for their time and effort. The car is running great now. One of the best dealership experiences I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend this place enough!
