  • Purchased a 2018 Mustang ecoboost with 30,000 miles on it. Upon discussion of price and negotiation we came to a firm deal of 28,500. I called my bank, got the loan for exactly that amount. I walked back inside with my sales rep Mauro Ramirez even agreeing again about the price, and upon him punching in the numbers he told me he couldn’t do the price we both agreed upon. He raised it to 29,000 and I told him I was upset about. I ended up just purchasing the vehicle because my wife really wanted it. While outside looking over the vehicle I noticed the tires were dry rotted and told him about it and he said they just were replaced. He also told me the brakes were replaced recently. Here I am 1-2 months later and my tires are completely shot due to the dry rot and no tread. Brakes and rotors need replacement due to them creating streaks onto the rotors. Vehicle shifts very rough. After I pointed everything out to him, he consistently said that everything was new. I also couldn’t drive home the vehicle that same day because it needed to be “detailed”. I waited another day, and upon receiving the car it was still dirty on the inside, dust everywhere, and a screwdriver in the side of the driver door. I do not recommend this place as I took his word. Learn from my mistake and steer clear from this shady dealer. The photos attached is what the “new” rotors looked like that the dealer had on the car.

  • Not a good experience. People were great. Cars look really nice. Unfortunately my car that I have gave me trouble since the day I. I advised them they took it to the toyota dealer and claimed it was just some screws suspension needed..n been having trouble since I purchased it. Car report they have me was clean. That was not the case all 4 tires I would buy would wear out in less than 2 months. Alignment didnt help. I tried everything. .and now I know not to back or refer people here.

  • Bought a Jeep srt from them and couldn’t be any happier . We live in the Bay Area and wired some money for them to hold the Jeep for us. My lady and I flew down that weekend. Ernesto and Ana were super patient with us , and really helpful. They were nothing but kind and happy to make sure we all were happy in buying the Jeep. We bought the Jeep and drive it all the way back from LA to the bay. Made it back safe and sound. Really happy with our purchase and with Ernesto Autoz.
