  Good customer service but very overpriced on services. I just wanted the step rails on my truck and didn't feel like driving to farther location, so I paid more for the install than I did for the rails!!! Lesson learned. I asked for the price to get 2 front (passenger & drivers side) windows tinted on my other truck (Wrangler) and they told me $250-$300!!! Crazy as hell.

  Stay away from this place at all costs. I've read many negative reviews and decided to give them a try ended up very unhappy. Now you are warned. So, on 9/9/2025 I visited this place for a set of used tires. Their ad said installed and balance are included, but when I got there, they said just the basic installation, I said that's fine just install the tires, but they kept pushing the sale tried to charge me $60 for balance the tires, then I said NO, they kept come back and forward for more then 10 times, but I still refused to do it, and one guy so call manager went ahead and told the tech to do it, I then followed him to the shop and said NO, I don't want the balance. 10 minutes later one guy came out tried to sale me a brake job and I said no back and forward, he finally stops the sale and told me my truck almost ready they have 2 more tires to balance I said what? Guess what? I had to argue with that guy so call manager to stop the service. Terrible customer service. Poor management skill

  I felt compelled to write this review. JG Management is very professional with all customers. Here is why I state this on record. I purchased a 2012 black Honda SE accord in October and came into the shop for inspection, but by then the purchase had already taken place. Unfortunately, I ended up spending over $4k split between my mechanic and JG to get it up and running. My mechanic at the time was out of the country, and although I was somewhat upset about all the money and work that was needed on this vehicle, I knew after getting an inspection that I had purchased a lemon. At times I wanted to scream when I heard the quotes for the work, but JG got me through it slowly with great patience. The shop repaired my transmission, bent rim, brake pump, oil filter, window regulator, alignment, brake pads, clean out the rusted SufBrame inside the transmission. Clean and repair rusted engine mounts, replace transmission, replace bolts rust inside the engine, washed the engine, and a few other things. My mechanic handled the catalytic converter front and back, axels, oil change and tires. When I say I was disgusted with this purchase due to spending so much to fix it up, that was an understatement. The seller was a known liar. I have to give JG his props because, yes, you may come in for one thing, but he is thorough and checks to see if there are other issues, keeping you informed as a customer. I’ve read other people’s negative comments here, and I can’t say for certain if he is price gouging because I don’t know. All I can say is my 2012 Honda was repaired, and in the end, I was grateful to this shop. Eventually, at Christmas, I sold the car to my sister for less than what I paid for it or spent fixing it up. Was it worth it to see my sister and her new baby happy? Yes, however I would do things differently next time I decide to trust any seller... #PERIOD. That being said thank you JG for getting us on the road!!!❤️‍🔥
