It was a pleasure working out a great deal with both getting our immaculate single owner Tesla Model S 85! *** UPDATE *** Proceed with caution buying a Tesla from this dealership! During test drive of this vehicle I mentioned to David that there's Seat Belt warning lights on the dash, in which I was told it might have not been clipped in right. After our first long drive out to the Bay area we also found out the cruise control in this vehicle does not work because of said pre-existing Saftey Restraint & Air Bag Issues! We took the car to Tesla Repair Center Rocklin after a month-out reservation for the appointment. After 4-5 days of thoroughly diagnosis, Tesla wants over $4,000 to repair the problems with this vehicle! Tesla Rocklin confirmed the issues with the vehicle existed in the Service Mode diagnostics prior to me buying this car full cash. Reliable stated they do "100+ point inspection", if so they definitely knew the extend of such an issues not ONLY making this vehicle extremely dangerous to drive and have my family in, Safety Restraints Errors and Air Bag issues (which shouldn't be legal to sell a vehicle with inoperable Safety Systems such as Air Bags...any legal advice on the legality on this subject?) as well as these Safety Issues leaving the vehicle unable to activate cruise control or AP1 abilities, until repaired. Further advice, as now we've learned from taking their full word as honesty, please do your own due diligence hire/request a third party inspection of any Tesla from this lot and definitely require Reliable allows you to finish a full inspection & diagnostic before signing & buying! I wish I would've treated them even more "FAIR" by waiting it out, not feeding into their pressure to close. Requesting a 3rd party EV inspection. Or requiring an official Tesla Service Daignostic prior to signing any paperwork for this vehicle. ( which everyone thsts had an experience with Tesla Service centers knows appointments are atleast a month out.) So, dont let anyone here pressure you into signing on any lines for EV'S from this lot! Take your time it's your money! Good luck!! *Photos of estimate of repairs attached! *

  • Please be aware. Don't buy car from here. Pathetic and very rude customer service. Attached pictures is a respond from Tony the owner when I reached out to them that I’m having car issues that I bought a week ago and driven only 500 miles. Spoke with office guys name David and Alex but no one is updating. Sold me default 2017 Chrysler that is now overheating. Not responding to fix it thou the car has 5 year warranty and was overheating in a week. Highly recommend not to buy cars from here. Not reliable at all. Gave an offer for refund upon dropping the car but Once car was dropped and Tony started saying that I am buying a car from you and he doesn't want to have any sort of written communication. He made me wait for an hour and was deducting $500. Also the sales people are rude here. They also sold the car with a reverse camera that is not working. Screen is playing. All was reported prior to purchase and was being informed that he will take care of everything in 30 days but with in a week all sort of issues started. Prior to pick up I saw the sales person using OBD scanner in car. This indicates that there was something wrong and they were trying to get rid of it. Hope this message will help other buyers to know about this dealer. They also sell warranty from 3rd part which they don't cover. Now they have my money and as well as the car. Their office staff parked the car in front of their entrance. They don't give a shit to any customers. I had to get car towed at my cost and get it repair. Attached is the cost as well. Tony never bothered to fix it. They just hide pre existing issues and sold the car. Full of attitude once they get your money. They will not respond to fix anything. Its a new company and they are full of lies.
