  • A-R Auto is a smooth dealership experience. Being new to the uniqueness of the salvage vehicle market and experience, I was and still am simultaneously relieved and extremely pleased with my purchase of a nearly-new Tacoma. Andrey and Serge are informative and cordial. With the seemingly endless scenarios of what could come to mind with a salvage vehicle, these gentlemen helped put my mind at ease, explaining what they were able to about the vehicle. We negotiated the price and readily came to an agreement. The process did not end there, and in the following couple days Serge absolutely bent over backwards to ensure my ongoing questions were answered, that small details were addressed, including doing an additional OBD code scan in my presence, verifying all keys/locks were good, and taking care of a missing jack handle/wrench. Finally as I'm about to drive off, Serge rushes out holding up a nice set of factory floor mats which he presented to me. This is a respectful and trustworthy operation which I truly appreciate.

  • This is my 3rd time buying from AR Auto and I have loved each car, tehy have all been reliable and a good deal. Andrey stayed late on a Saturday so I coudl make it up to check out a car I was interested in, and my 2020 fully loaded checy Equinox was just what I was looking for. I'm sure I will be back when it's time to upgrade again.
