I was thoroughly impressed with Auto Outlet of Tacomas vehicles. I could tell immediately they only sold quality vehicles. We bought a 2016 Buick, it was the smoothest transaction I have ever had buying a car. Mike Scannell, Jr. was a genuine guy, never pressured us once. He gave me my space to inspect the vehicle and feel comfortable with it. My wife and I felt it was a very wholesome experience and we are very happy with the vehicle and the deal we got. I bought my RAV4 about a month ago from Auto Outlet of Tacoma, and Dan made the whole process great. He was kind, friendly, fair, and honest the entire time. Mike was great! He greated the entire family when we arrived and answered all the questions we had! We went there specifically for one vehicle but they seemed to have a pretty good selection of cars And trucks. Did the test drive, looked over the vehicle and we decided to buy it!
