  Firstly I believe all reviews that is positive is paid for by Angel. This place is an entire scam!!!!! I have first hand experience and is currently waiting for the police to arrive as I type. Angel approved my family member for a vehicle, she paid her deposit and literally six days later he told her to come in just so that he could take the car back and claim that the bank denied her financing after a week of her driving the car!!!! We called the police and is awaiting for them to arrive!!!

  ***Buyer Beware*** Safe to say do not go to this place unless you are desperate to be ripped off in fees alone. They advise that their vehicles while used are excellent machines in excellent condition. However upon purchasing this vehicle I had engine trouble the first week, at which point the owner advised that he would fix it “as a courtesy”, while advising of how expensive it was. Then fast forward to about 2 weeks more and boom another engine issue at which point he advised that the car has some “warranty” which when you call the warranty company they advise that you need to provide proof for them to cover. Then here I go to a Ford dealer to get it checked out not only was I going to be without a car for 3 months, I had to pay out of pocket $250 to get a simple diagnostic on it, then the warranty may send over a used Ford transmission to replace mine. To which the owner sent over a copy of the “As is” part of the contract... I finally ended up taking it to get a full tune up which the company had not done. While the issue still persists im hoping not invest more money in it. When we were there it was because credit was lacks, and we were just tired admittedly, however the moment we walked in the young man only spoke to my father, barely spoke to me and I was the one paying for the vehicle, I could careless as misogynists are everywhere, but they seemed like good ethical and responsible people. Now presently my father just received a text advising that we “never picked up” our license plate, when in reality they never advised us of the plate being readily available in the first place. It’s a head ache. Save yourself the stress, pay a little more, if you belong to a credit union use them as a resource, I’m pleading with you to just try other venues, this stress is not worth it. 5/01/2022 - Update the car has had several issues, from a bad alternator, brakes were never changed. Needless to say the WORST investment I’ve made to date. They paint such a nice picture about the extended warranty which honestly is a pile of junk they would have me go through a lengthy process and leave the car without use for months, to wait for used replacement parts. I cannot emphasize enough, go to a well known and reliable spot, this place is a complete joke, and it will cost you in the end.

  By far the smoothest experience I've had with car dealers. Agreed on a price quickly, no surprise at signing. I noticed a small defective item after signing the contract and paying, and they still fixed it afterwards. Pretty rare in this business in my experience. Recommended.
