  • My lady just recently purchased a car from this establishment. I’m pretty disappointed because after purchasing a 22k car you wouldn’t think you’d have to fully detail it, there were stains in the roof, floor, seats and many parts of the interior car, all of which I just got done cleaning. The vehicle has blemishes all over and very poor touch up paint. Not only was it not detailed but it was delivered with a completely empty tank and there’s a gouge in the side wall of rear tire. Not to mention the trunk doesn’t automatically close all of the way so you have to push it. Just wish we had the time to go see the car in person before purchase or at least been provided with information of damages, etc. Normally the car buying experience has been fun and enjoyable but let this be a lesson I guess. I wish i could have left a better review but unfortunately I wasn’t given that opportunity… *added- I just drove the car a couple miles down the road, I heard squealing in the back left side of the vehicle, probably due to worn bearings but the brakes are good. It shifts fine and I found the cover for the visor is broken as well as more gouges I hadn’t spotted previously. To me it would be worth 17k at best. Even with 80k miles. Just to reiterate, it is poor business practice to withhold information such as what I mentioned just to sell a car. The pictures that were taken were of another vehicle, you can see from the original listing and the actual photos that are taken upon delivery.

  • What can I say? There is good service and good attention, but sometimes you find things like this. Happy to not be the owner of that rav4 🤣
