  This is a great car dealer with excellent customer service, efficient staff, high-quality cars, and reasonable prices! We bought our first car here at Auto Quest in Renton after moving to the US from Europe. After visiting several other dealers, we were surprised by their calm, no-pressure communication and helpful manner. Their highly detailed and professional online listings first caught our eye, which made it easy to pre-screen cars. Once we arrived, the team was more than happy to show us everything we were interested in and also recommended other cars that we missed in our screening. The unique, colorful furnishing of the shop made the place instantly stand out for us from other bland dealerships—it’s a small thing, but it shows the love they have for their craft. Most importantly, Craig and the team were a huge help with the complexities of buying a car in a new country. Unlike other dealers we encountered, they never tried to take advantage of our situation. What stood out most was their continuous support after the purchase. They helped us navigate insurance, financing, and other first-time setup issues in the US. We even had a few unforeseen minor issues with the car after buying it, and Auto Quest fixed everything quickly without any additional charge.   Let me tell you about the wild ride I just had here. I'm going to lead with the spoiler, Jason and Zion are highly ethical and honorable men. I bought a car from them and there was an issue with the paperwork thay I discovered that night. I read up online about others having the same issue at other dealerships. There were tons of horror stories, and I lost hours of sleep fretting about the issue and the impact to me. I came in the next morning ready to do battle for my consumer rights and Jason, the owner, immediately explained the error and then fixed it on the spot. I didn't have to fight and the biggest issue I had turned out to be what to do with all the adrenaline in my system. Then they went even further and replaced a part causing the front end to sqeak something terrible when making left hand turns. These guys are awesome. I recommend them based on their integrity alone. You can always tell how honest someone is after a mistake happens. Not when things go perfectly. They made it right and did it with alacrity.
