  We love Maureen and Pawn Express!! I’ve been in quite a few pawn stores living in the area the past 20+ yrs. Pawn Express has impressed me the most, by far, in service and shopping experience! The store’s selection is large, and staff are friendly as well as extremely helpful. There’s a parking lot right out front as well which made stopping by a breeze. My husband and I came in on a Saturday for a loan on some jewelry. Our experience was quick, seamless, and very pleasant! Ms. Maureen answered any and all questions and gave us wonderful guidance in the loan process- as well as tips and aid in making future pick up of items a bit easier too! I can confidently say Pawn Express, Ms. Maureen, and Sir Louis are truly here to help you with what you need and make the pawn process work for YOU. This was super refreshing to see in an industry where people often rush you through the process, while giving low offers you don’t totally understand and high interest to boot. Pawn Express’ interest rates are fair and business practices help the consumer, versus making what can be a difficult process for some much harder. We are extremely pleased with our experience here thus far and would 10/10 recommend Pawn Express to family and friends!   Maureen was beyond exceptionally helpful, gracious, and just such a pleasure. I was genuinely astonished and delighted by her willingness to dedicate basically the better part of her afternoon, patiently educating the most jewelry-dumb man of all time. She entertained every curious it and ridiculous question. Before walking in here, the only carrot I knew of was orange! Just walked out the door with not only the utmost confidence in my purchase, but also awareness of all types of Karats and even Carats too! Who knew?? Heartfelt gratitude to Maureen and all the staff for their unparalleled customer care and outstanding engagement.
