DON’T EVER COME HER. I regreat coming here they are very unprofessional. There very lucky I’m putting 1 star if it was up to me it would have no stars at all. I came here because I bought a washer and had a great experience even a smoother delivery. I went to buy a washer and dryer the lady said they only had a washer but not the dryer it will be here in 2 weeks I said it was fine they will deliver it on Monday. I had my brother waiting all day no calls and no show to inform us they were not going to deliver. Even my husband called and they told him they will deliver it on Wednesday. Eduardo came to the house and deliver it the washer when I saw it was all beat up the lid did not close. I’m not paying for something that is not working. I called the lady back I told her I wanted to cancel everything and she said no she had more washer and dryers and when she sent us the pictures they were all scratch. She said she will have someone pick it up on Monday so Monday came and nobody came to pick it up. She hasn’t even called we been calling and calling and no answer. Even my husband left a voicemail and still no answer. To this point they still haven’t even answer THIS PLACE IS VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME .
I had a fantastic experience purchasing a Miele washing machine and pedestal from Magda. I was initially very apprehensive that I would get all the way there and realize there was something very wrong with the machine (or worse, buy it and realize that later!), but instead, the machine was exactly as portrayed on Offer Up. I had a certified Miele technician do my installation, and he was able to confirm that just as promised, the machine had never been used. I am washing clothes right now, and it’s astounding how quiet this machine is. Best purchase I have ever made! Oh, and the delivery guy was very professional and communicative, and did a great job getting the machine delivered in one piece, and of course, hauling the old junky one away. I am so very grateful, and would recommend Appliance Station wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a premium appliance at a fair price!
