  I don’t know how they have 4.7 ratings unless they have fake ratings mixed in. The second you drive off the lot you’re screwed. They sold my godson a total POS for double what it was worth. Within less than a year the a/c, fuel pump, timing, battery, misfiring & everything that could go out has & now the engine is totally blown. I understand they are selling used cars but have some self respect!! here he is with his 1st car & loan, has a car he owes $6k on that didn’t even last a year I think the biggest disappointment is their total lack of customer service I’m really upset looking at the dealership reply to another review they say well just keep in mind that you couldn’t buy a car anywhere else OK so you sell a car that’s not even worth what they pay for it and then less than a year later, the whole damn car goes out and then it ruins your credit even more cause you’re not gonna pay for a car you can’t even drive so they aren’t doing anyone any favors again I understand they’re selling used cars, but this car was clearly a piece of crap and they had no problem taking his money. As an older person that’s bought quite a few cars I said, call them & give them a chance to make it right. They said Not Our problem good luck. You know you sold Crap or else you would’ve said hey come on back. Let us look at it. Nope nothing I think they buy them from the auction and if you get a good one Awesome otherwise too bad for you. They don’t look and see if the car has been maintained this one had metal chips all through the oil, but they still took his money all the same. It’s just really a shame for a first time buyer that doesn’t know any better and trusted them and then he recommended a friend b4 the trouble started and she got screwed too It’s not just like a one time. So the Takeaway is if you want a piece of crap car, but you want to drive away in it that day these folks can help you out but don’t expect much

  Just bought a GMC Terrain from Marte Motors and it was honestly one of the easiest car purchases I’ve ever made. No pressure, no games — just a fast and smooth process from start to finish. The team was great to work with and made everything simple. Highly recommend!
