  I’m not sure how we going to make this happen but I don’t need the car anymore and would like my money back, I’ve been patiently waiting for updates, the manager reads my messages and don’t respond and each time the day to get the car, it keeps getting pushed back. I have monthly of $350 coming up and the insurance doesn’t even have the registration information they need and that’s $228 coming up. It doesn’t make sense to pay these bills for something that didn’t even last a week in my possession. I told you guys multiple issues about the car immediately after including warning lights that were supposed to “go away” and didn’t and starting problems. I got multiple explanations about the issue, including the battery, starter, engine belt, and filters. I need a copy of all of my documents that I signed and the diagnostic paperwork because I was told the car was fine when in reality it’s not and I’m not even sure what’s being worked on because everybody had a different explanation as to why the car wasn’t starting If the vehicle cannot be returned in proper working condition, I would like to discuss canceling any and all transactions and receiving a refund of my down payment.

  Purchases a car. LEMON. It had a damage since i purchased it and had to leave it for repair, picked it up and was worst. Brought it back as instructed 2 days later, and parts were not there. Took 4 days before they did anything. Picked up the car and was even worst. I was asked to bring it back and a car was going to be provided meanwhile. On my way, mind i live almost and 1 hr away,, they forgot i was going. 2 days later, the engine was passing oil to the coolant tank. Took days to pick it up. So hard to get a response. and they dont want to return the funds to the finance company. I advised that i dont want a car,that is bad since day one, which they are sware of anf try to make seem little. They made it think it was a tire but it wasnt. BOTH CUSTOMERS AND FINANCE COMPANIES SHOULD STAY AWAY, I do not recommend this place. I have not been able to talk to an owner or manager which i have request multiple times .They want to repair the vehicle give it back which I don't want because first they lost all of my trust, second they have handle tjis poorly since day 1 and lastly, once an engine goes bad, a loooot gets affected and it is not reliable. I have requested the fubds to be refunded to the bank and they refuse. This broke down in way less than 2 weeks! Lemon and scam.

I will give you all details. If I could do zero stars I would. Out of my 46 years, this was FAR THE WORST. DONT BUY FROM HERE. Big time LEMON.
