First of all THANK YOU for taking the time to get to know us. My name is Nathan Craig, I am the Owner/President and our history is a local one. We are a family owned and operated independant auto dealer who specializes in bringing the highest VALUE to our clients as well as to our network of highline, import, domestic and wholesale dealerships in the Puget Sound area since 2004. I have personally been apart of the automotive industry in Western Washington since 1995. I started washing cars as a young teenager working my way up from the bottom with a goal of doing business differently. This way of doing business is helping clients get what they really want VALUE, SERVICE AND HONESTY. Our business has been a success because of the principles we stand for and that is "If we help enough people get what they want, we will get what we want." This means for our clients who are buying a vehicle for the best value in the area or the dealers who are buying a vehicle that their name can stand behind and still financially be able to grow their business.   • TAKING THEM TO COURT! sold me a vehicle that is both unsafe and illegal to sell., it Violently shakes on the freeway. Check engine light, Leaking transmission, lights inside and out flicker, air conditioner/heater doesn’t work properly, 2 big leaks in the roof, bad emergency break, ABS system issues, airgbag spring broken, TPS system doesn’t work, cracked windshield (I was told it would be taken off the price, then told they wouldn’t do that), a loose steering box, and many more issues found. I purchased a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Sport mid September. I was not sold on it, but as I was leaving one of the managers met my price of my fiesta so I said I would look at it. I then was made to wait 2 hours and then rushed through the paperwork. I had to make them slow down so I could actually read the papers they were making me sign, including some letter to the owner about great service (I didn’t get that). I was worried about buying this vehicle and was sold a warranty that was supposed to “cover everything” (see picture). They have signs and banners up all over the place telling you to buy it. The very next day the check engine light came on. I called in and they told me to bring it in and they would get S7 automotive (who is owned by the same guy as sunset, their caller ID’s are the same. They are the same business despite what they tell you) and they would take care of it. I was then charged $610 to get 6 spark plugs changed. Tony (the mechanic manager) even took the $250 voucher that was supposed to cover my warranty deductible. I was told that it was not covered under warranty. As I drove away after picking it up, the check engine light came back on. The light also came on indicating there was an airbag issue. I called sunset again and was told “oh, he would not have charged you” and that they will take care of it for me. So I brought I back in and they gave me another car from the lot to drive for a few days. FOUR WEEKS and a TICKET for driving their lot car later, I was given it back and told that it should be fixed. I called MULTIPLE times and was never called back. I spoke with Sam and Muhammad even thought he put me on hold once- only to have me hear the managers talk shit about me calling in. at this point the GM Matt has me start calling/texting him on his personal phone because “the business lines are all recorded”. The then assures me that he is going to get it taken care of (I still have all the messages). So I pick it up and Literally as I drive away the jeep starts shaking and the light comes back on. I call back and they tell me to bring it in and they fix one piece in it. I then have the light come on AGAIN the very next morning with odd noises. I took it in to les Schwab and they refused to do work on the alignment because it needed $2,405 of work (not including the leaking transmission) needed before the could even do it. I called Matt and Tony who told me they they were full of shit. I took it back and did not have a way to get to work for several days. I am the given it back and told that there is nothing they can do to fix it and that I need to take it into a Jeep dealership to have it fixed and to go into TNT to get an alignment. I was also told that NONE of the issues were covered under the Warranty! I went to TNT who showed me even more issues with it, including a loose steering box that needs to be replaced. They told me that if I had brought the jeep in for an inspection before buying it they they would have recommended against it. I called sunset again, but got some new guy who told me the owner is on vacation and that someone would get back to me. They have NEVER called me back any time I ever called them. The GM Matt is now ignoring me. I now have a Jeep that is broken down and unsafe to drive, and I am stuck paying more to fix it than I ever expected. I went in to get a better vehicle to help me out financially and now I have been ruined for the next 5 or so years. I CANNOT afford to fix this vehicle and yet I have to keep paying or have it repossessed. I’m filing a report with the AG.

  • Buying a vehicle from here was easy, staff was great and matched my goals with perfection! Love my new ride! If you don't at least stop in if you are curious about something on the lot, you are doing yourself an injustice. Always remember, Procrastinating is really only being a (insert degrading and offensive offensive word here) to your future self.

  • Friendly and accommodating. Kenny, Sam, Averie we're able to help me find a car after my accident. We were able to work out a deal same day. A great team of guys who knows there stuff.
