  I have purchased multiple cars from this company and the service and hassle free experience has been beyond my expectations. Salespeople has always been knowledgeable about the vehicles and very courteous. I’ve look at other prices and mileage elsewhere and always find myself here because I’ve never felt pressure to buy or hustled into a wrongful decision. My wife is extremely happy with her Mercedes Benz and I highly recommend these guys.

  The worst service ever, an unreliable dealership. They sell cars with defects. I had a terrible experience buying a car from this dealership. The vehicle has been in constant disrepair since the day I purchased it, with countless issues. They explicitly promised the car was in good condition, but that was a lie. They sold me a car with a cracked windshield, falsely claimed they had changed the oil, and it was full of electrical problems typical for my car model. The owner is a liar, completely untrustworthy, and a fraud. I strongly advise staying far away from this person. I went to another garage in Davie and paid $5,200 just to fix the damages that were already on the car. Raul, the owner of the dealership, constantly ignores everything and refuses to take responsibility. I strongly advise you to stay away from him. תתרגם

  We purchased a vehicle through HPM in July of last year. We were told it was in perfect operating condition with no issues and had been thoroughly checked and would not need any upcoming work. Upon getting the vehicle home within the first week we noticed it making an odd noise and performing odd. I let the dealership know and we scheduled to bring it prior to the 30 day return period ending. My partner took the vehicle and explained what was going on and the concerns we had. We had disclosed to them we would not want to keep a vehicle with serious mechanical issues but were told once again the car was perfect. My partner explained we had a trip to visit family out of state and wanted to verify the car would be ok for the trip. They said absolutely there was nothing to worry about it. A few days later on the trip we broke down out of state in the middle of nowhere. we ended up stranded for nearly a week while we had the car towed, diagnosed, and figured out a way to get it and us home across state lines. After getting the car hauled back home, It cost us thousands of dollars not to mention the stress. I reached out to the dealer who initially responded and apologized but then did not respond when i asked to return the car. I have sent numerous messages, calls, and emails to our salesman and the dealership and they refuse to respond to us. I have been trying for months and continuing to pay for a car that doesn’t work and requires fixes that equal almost half of the vehicles equity. On top of this, the vehicle was missing a door handle cover when purchased. They added in to our contract that they would get the handle and install it. Seven months later we still do not have it. I would never recommend this dealership unless you want to be lied to and scammed
