I recently purchased an Alfa Romeo Giulia from IMD Motors and worked with Muhammad. I want to give credit where it’s due — Muhammad was great throughout the sales process, very friendly, helpful, and even went above and beyond by accommodating a special request and picking us up from the airport. The car itself was overall in pretty good condition and the buying process went smoothly. The only thing not disclosed beforehand was a crack in the windshield. Unfortunately, about 35 miles after leaving the dealership, the car left us stranded in a parking lot with a crank/no-start issue. After diagnosing and scanning the vehicle, it pointed to the low-pressure fuel pump failing, which we later found out was also related to a recall. We called the dealership multiple times while stuck and tried to stay patient, but once the sale was completed it felt like the urgency to help disappeared. We were repeatedly placed on hold and after about an hour were eventually told we could tow it back at our own expense and they would look into fixing it. Luckily, we were able to get the vehicle started again and made the drive home, but we never received a follow-up call to make sure we made it back safely or to check on the situation. Overall, Muhammad was excellent and I appreciate his customer service during the purchase, but the after-sale support from the dealership could have been handled much better — especially with a customer stranded shortly after leaving the lot.
Omar was the one who took care of us, and he did a great job. He was professional, patient, and honest throughout the whole process. He answered all our questions, made everything easy to understand, and never pressured us. The experience was smooth from start to finish. Definitely recommend this dealership, and ask for Omar if you come here.
Muhammad is an awesome sales person very kind and patient person.He helped me to get into my vehicle and he was very diligent during the process. He worked with my bank to help me per-cure financing and he assisted from A-Z. He surpassed a level of excellence🤩🤩🤩🤩 I am a very satisfied customer.
